原因是
ZendEnablerConf.xml（路径%你的安装路径%ZendServer\etc\ZendEnablerConf.xml）中的开头是一段乱码， 将其改成以“<?xml”开头，重启下apache 即可访问http://localhost:10081/ZendServer
(假设你的端口号是10081),如果没设置密码会进入密码设置和邮件设置
